Birthday celebration on the Costa Brava – the magic of sunset and endless happiness
We had the honor of organizing an unforgettable birthday celebration for a wonderful young woman in one of the most picturesque corners of Spain. Imagine this: the rooftop of a luxurious five-star hotel, offering breathtaking views of the endless Mediterranean Sea. A gentle breeze fills the air, champagne sparkles in elegant glasses, refined music plays in the background, and delicate floral arrangements surround the scene—each detail as beautiful as the evening itself.
Guests were delighted as they stepped into a thoughtfully designed celebration, where every element was carefully curated. The décor was created in soft pastel tones, evoking a sense of lightness and elegance. At the heart of the design was a one-of-a-kind photo zone, styled as a cozy bed adorned with plush pillows and exquisite floral compositions. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the installation was bathed in golden and pink hues, creating an enchanting moment of pure magic.
The culinary experience was another highlight of the night: the exquisite fine dining exceeded all expectations, while the live jamón carving performance captivated the guests, especially those discovering Spanish gastronomic traditions for the first time.
As event planners in Spain, our goal is always to craft an atmosphere that is not just beautiful but alive—filled with meaning and emotion. For this celebration, we wanted to create a space where guests could experience freedom, relaxation, and the simple joy of the moment. That’s why we carefully complemented the décor with fresh berries, delicate sweets, and the warm glow of candlelight, which added an intimate and inviting touch to the evening.
Throughout the evening, a live music quartet filled the space with elegance and charm. As night fell, the celebration transformed into an entirely new experience—a vibrant open-air dance party beneath the stars on the Spanish Costa Brava.
The celebration reached its sweet conclusion with the presentation of a signature Italian-style berry tart, which the birthday girl enjoyed as she blew out the candles to the sound of joyful applause.
For us, organizing an event is not just about planning a beautiful evening—it’s about creating emotions that will last a lifetime. This night was filled with an overwhelming sense of happiness, love, and freedom—exactly the kind of magic that makes us so passionate about what we do.
