We organized a refined and atmospheric birthday celebration at a five-star hotel in Barcelona, selecting this venue to create an elegant and intimate evening.
Despite the name, the cabaret style was used solely as a setting, while the overall concept of the event was designed to be sophisticated and modern. The dress code for guests was “to impress,” emphasizing the exclusivity of the occasion while avoiding overly theatrical elements such as feathers or a Gatsby-inspired theme.
We carefully crafted an ambiance where elegance blended seamlessly with warmth and attention to detail. To achieve this, we prepared a mood board that captured the essence of the event—deep shades of red, soft candlelight, and refined décor. The centerpiece of the design featured scarlet roses, candelabras, and exquisite table settings that enhanced the intimate and upscale nature of the evening. To further elevate the sense of exclusivity, we designed an unconventional table arrangement, encouraging seamless interaction among guests.
From the very first moments, guests were immersed in a thoughtfully curated experience. They were welcomed by a live lounge duo—a vocalist and guitarist—who set the perfect relaxed and sophisticated tone for the evening.
We always pay special attention to gastronomy and beverage selections for our events. For this celebration, we sourced the birthday woman’s favorite champagne and carefully selected premium Italian wines to complement the occasion.
During dinner, 400 photographs of the birthday woman, her family, and close friends were projected onto the walls, creating an emotional and unforgettable visual experience. The four synchronized projections evoked warm memories and smiles, leaving a lasting impression on all guests.
As the evening progressed, the energy heightened. A dynamic quartet took the stage, performing lively covers of 90s hits and contemporary favorites. The music set the rhythm for the night as guests took to the dance floor, enjoying every moment of the celebration.
The grand finale of the evening was a custom-made cake, inspired by an Italian raspberry tart, presented with a spectacular touch that marked a perfect conclusion to the night.
This birthday celebration was a true testament to how status, elegance, and heartfelt moments can be seamlessly combined, creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.
